It is with pleasure that I welcome you to Spanish class! I am eager to begin my sixth year as an educator and am looking forward to a great and productive year. I am a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Rutgers University and have also earned a Post-Baccalaureate degree from Kean University. I am currently working on obtaining a Master's in Education from St. Joseph's College of Maine.
I have set up this web page to provide you with an overview for the classes I will be teaching during the 2016-2017 school year. I have also designed a Haiku to provide you with access to specific details pertaining to required materials, grading policies, make-up work, discipline plans, and a brief overview of your course. In addition, you can find a daily homework log, as well as other supplemental materials for each unit on the Haiku website. To visit the Haiku website, click here and sign in with Google.
Please note that I believe a teacher's responsibility should not simply end in the classroom. To me, providing extra support for students is essential to their success and, as such, I will be available every Tuesday after school in my classrooms and can also provide assistance during my department duty.
As your child's teacher, it is my responsibility to answer any questions you may have throughout the school year. Please see below for specific contact information. Note that although I am available by WMMHS phone, I am more easily accessible via email. Also, please allow approximately 24 hours for a response. Thank you!
